Enabling Communities towards Self Reliance
Tata Projects CSR Initiatives follows the motto “Genuine upliftment, not generosity”. It actively facilitates the uplift of underprivileged rural communities living in remote areas, with a specific focus on marginalized communities. The activities are carried out in the thematic areas of:
“To be regarded as a responsible and proactive entity which works collectively with stakeholders for social transformation of identified communities through sustainable community development initiatives.”
“To engage with communities and key stakeholders in the vicinity of business and project sites or as specially identified, for their holistic development and inclusive growth opportunities in the areas including (i) Education, (ii) Health & Hygiene (iii) Skill Building and Livelihood (iv) Water with Affirmative Action being cross cutting themes.”

Volunteering
Tata Projects encourages its employees to participate in CSR, AA initiatives and volunteering activities. Volunteering is a key element of social and practical action for the benefit of the community and is open to anyone who wants to participate. By volunteering, the person can contribute their time, skills and efforts for social good through physical or virtual engagement.
